Terms Of Service (simplified)

By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS- The terms outlined here can vary ,depending of the type of commission;
- Personal use of the commissioned works is fine;
- You can request an editable file (for a small fee) in case you want to do small edits/variations of your commission;
- Do not use the received artwork for commercial purposes unless agreed upon beforehand;
- Do not claim that you created/drew the artwork, especially when posting it anywhere;
- Do not use my art with/for anything related to AI, under any circumstances.II. PAYMENT, RUSH FEES, CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS- Payments can be processed through: Vgen, Paypal, Wise, Ko-fi and Artistree;
- Rush fees may apply in case of tight deadlines;
- In case of cancellation due to personal reasons (either from the artist or the client's side), the amount refunded will be equivalent to the amount of work not completed;
- Refunds are not allowed once the commission has been completed.III. PROCESS AND REVISIONS- The steps for the commission process are (usually): thumbnail > sketch> lineart > flats colors > render. After each step, the artist will send low-resolution pictures to the client for feedback;
- Revisions are allowed, but don't overdo it. Please avoid major changes during the later stages of the commission.IV. WHAT YOU'LL RECEIVE- One (1) low-res version of the file, for easier sharing/social media posting;
- One (1) HD version of the file, for personal use such as printing, digital wallpaper, etc.THANK YOU!

By commissioning me for custom artwork, you are agreeing to the terms of service outlined below:I. GENERAL DISCLAIMERS-I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a commission at any time.
-Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and your commission will be canceled if it occurs.
-The terms outlined here may vary slightly depending on the type of commission.II. PAYMENT & FEES-Payment is due in full upfront.
-Payment is done through PayPal/Wise invoice using USD.
-A rush fee will be charged for tight deadlines.
-A “design/complexity” fee will be charged for clients with no reference images that would like me to draw solely from a description and/or that have really complex ideas/characters.
-Additional fees will be charged for excessive or major revisions (see “Revisions” below).
-The exact prices for the fees described above will be dependent upon the complexity of the commission.III. CLIENT OBLIGATIONS-Write in a clear and concise manner when describing the commission idea.
-Provide multiple clear reference images of the character/subject.
-Mood boards are welcome!
-Maintain professional conduct throughout the commission process.
-Respond in a timely fashion.
-Assume responsibility for any important information and clear descriptions/references you fail to provide me that results in my inability to complete your commission to your full satisfaction.
-Carefully read through the ToS and Commission Information.IV. PROCESS & WORK SCHEDULE-Resolution of the art will be around (at least) double HD size (3840 x 2160px); may be slightly larger or smaller depending on the work.
-Larger resolutions (up to 5000 x 5000 px) are available upon request for an additional fee.
-I will send over a 2-3 thumbnail sketches for you to choose one and approve before continuing the commission. I will accept one complete revision at the sketch stage.
-I will show WIPs via the chosen form of contact throughout the commission process.
-Sketch and subsequent in-progress shots will initially be sent as low-res, watermarked images.
-Deadlines must be agreed upon prior to the start of the commission.
-I will always do my best to complete your commission within a timely manner, but please understand that sometimes life may get in the way and cause a delay in completing your commission. I will notify you as soon as possible of any issues that come up to keep you informed.V. REVISIONS-One major revision is allowed in the sketch phase and is covered in the commission price.
-A limited amount of minor revisions are allowed in the coloring/painting stage and are covered in the commission price.
-Excessive minor revisions to the point that forward progress on the work has halted will incur additional fees.
-Revisions due to my own negligence are free.
-Additional major revisions will incur additional fees.
-It is up to my discretion as to what constitutes minor and major revisions.VI. COPYRIGHT & USAGE POLICY-I, the artist, retain the rights over any commissioned works.
-I reserve the right to post the commissioned work on my social media.
-I reserve the right to stream, record, and upload videos of the creation of the artwork.
-Any characters portrayed in the commissioned work remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.
-The final product is strictly for your personal use only, unless you purchase commercial rights.
-You must credit and link back to me/tag me when sharing or using the commissioned work.
-For commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me (at least) 300% the original price.
-Credit is still required when using the work in any form commercially.You may use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:-Print the work for personal use.
-Crop and/or resize the image for use as an avatar, header, video thumbnail, etc.
-Use the artwork as reference for a study.
-Post the artwork on social media, with credit to me clearly visible.You may NOT use or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:-Claim the artwork as yours.
-Remove my watermark/signature.
-Paint over or otherwise alter the artwork in ways not covered under the allowed uses above.
-Color in my sketches or lineart.
-Use the commissioned piece in any technology related to NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI.
-Reproduce the work commercially without purchasing the rights from me.VII. CANCELLATION AND REFUNDS-Once the final product is approved, a refund is not permitted.
-You may cancel the commission any time, after which I will issue a refund equivalent to the amount of work not done.
-I reserve the right to cancel and refund the money for your commission at any time.
-You may not file a chargeback against me after you have given approval of the artwork.VIII. WHAT YOU RECEIVEYou will receive the following after client approvals at the appropriate stages of the commission process. Images are always sent as 300 DPI PNGs unless another resolution/file type is requested:-Final watermarked HD artwork (for posting/sharing purposes)
